Our Outsourced IT Services is a time-based IT Services offering. Our Outsourced IT customers purchase a bank of service hours that they use for a combination of scheduled maintenance and on demand service.

Scheduled maintenance time is used to address routine and preventative maintenance items such as checking event logs and running updates. Our team completes as much of this as is possible within your bank of service hours. Organizations seeking a more comprehensive service delivery plan are urged to consider our Managed Services plan.

On-demand service time is used whenever it is needed. We commonly refer to this as break-fix… our customers call us when something is broken and we deploy a technician to fix it! Adding Monitoring to an Outsourced IT plan helps to reduce the likelihood that your organization will be impacted by an on-demand request as it provides our team with early visibility of an issue.
